Shopping
Online purchases are processed from Monday to Friday until 11:00 a.m. and will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after these hours or on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, will be processed at the beginning of business activities.
Availability of products: Our website has an online stock. This means that the products added to the shopping cart are the ones that are available. In the event of a stock outage, we will contact the buyer. We will notify you as soon as possible and you can request a change, a refund or, if you prefer, wait for the product to be available again.
Shipments
We make shipments by Chilexpress to the whole country. At the time of processing your order we will contact you requesting RUT and telephone number to make the dispatch. The Courier requires it in order to make the shipment. An email will be sent to you at the time your order has been dispatched with the associated number so that you can do the corresponding tracking.
You also have the option of making the withdrawal of your purchase in our offices, in the same way, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to be withdrawn.
There are places we can't ship to because the shipping companies don't arrive. If you are in a very isolated place, it is your responsibility to find out the coverage. Home delivery schedules:
Chilexpress: Monday to Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Delivery attempts: Chilexpress makes two home delivery attempts. If after these attempts the product is not delivered, it will be returned to the sender. The cost of a new dispatch must be paid by the client.
Important: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an address where there are people to receive the package during delivery hours. If you are not sure that someone can receive your purchase, you can request delivery to an office of the transport company.

We do not ship outside the country. You can make the purchase from abroad and request a national office or pick up at the office by the registered person.
In case another person withdraws. You must send the name and RUT of the authorized person, this person must be duly identified at the time of withdrawal to confirm the information.
Tracing
It must be taken into account that, in order to track the parcel, it must first be received and processed in the distribution center of the transport company, which could take up to 5 hours from the moment you receive the Order No. of Transportation.
